Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Cancellation Window

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that production has not yet begun.

After this window, or once the order enters production, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.


2. Orders in Production

Most of our products are made-to-order and begin production shortly after purchase.

Once an order has entered production:

  • It cannot be canceled
  • It cannot be modified
  • It cannot be refunded at this stage

This is because production costs are incurred immediately after the order is processed.


3. Shipped Orders

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

If you no longer wish to keep the item after delivery, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for available options.


4. Custom & Personalized Items

Custom or personalized items are created specifically for each customer and therefore cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


5. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation (if eligible):

  • Email us at [email protected]
  • Include your order number and request details
  • Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase

Please note:

  • Cancellation requests submitted after production has begun will not be approved
  • Submitting a request does not guarantee cancellation

6. Processing Time for Approved Cancellations

If a cancellation request is approved:

  • A confirmation email will be sent
  • Any eligible refund will be processed within 3 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

7. Dispute & Chargeback Notice

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute before the estimated delivery timeframe has elapsed, or while an order is still in production or transit, is considered a premature dispute.

We encourage customers to contact us directly so we can resolve any concerns quickly and fairly.


8. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy, along with our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
