The Return Window
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After that, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges — but we’ll still do our very best to find a solution that works for you.
What Qualifies for a Return?
To be eligible, your item must be:
Unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
In its original packaging with all tags and accessories included
If it doesn’t meet these standards, we may not be able to accept it — but again, just email us and we’ll talk it through.
No Need to Return It If There’s an Issue
Good news: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described — you don’t need to send it back. Just email us at [email protected] with clear photos and a description of the issue. We’ll resolve it immediately — whether that means a full refund, replacement, or store credit. No boxing, no shipping, no stress.

How to Start a Return or Report an Issue

Include your order number and a brief description (or photos, if applicable). We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with clear instructions or a resolution.
Note: To ensure accuracy and timely service, all customer support is handled exclusively via email.
Important Exceptions
Custom & Personalized Items
Because these are made uniquely for you, they’re not eligible for standard returns — unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, follow the “No Need to Return” process above — no return shipping required.
Sale & Final Sale Items
Items purchased during a promotion or marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged — unless they’re damaged or defective. Again, just email us with proof, and we’ll make it right — no return needed.
Refunds — Fast & Transparent
Once your return is approved (if applicable), or your issue is verified:

Your refund will be processed within 3 business days
Funds will be returned to your original payment method

If you haven’t seen your refund after 3–5 business days:
Check your bank or card statement — processing times vary by institution

Shipping Costs
Return shipping is your responsibility (if a return is required)
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
If you’re approved for a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your reimbursement
For exchanges: Your replacement will ship within 3–5 business days after we receive and approve your return
But remember — if it’s damaged or defective, you don’t need to return it at all.
